What locations do you ship to?
We normally ship to 48 U.S. States and adjoining Canadian Provinces. Arrangements can be made to ship to other locations; however, additional time is required for a shipping quote. Free shipping, (WHEN OFFERED) applies only to locations within the 48 states.
How does my order get shipped?
The majority of shipping is by FedEx or UPS Ground. Occasionally, US Parcel Service is used for smaller packages. For further information, please refer to the "Terms and Conditions" page.
Will I receive shipment tracking information?
Larger items such as Caddy Carts and Batteries are sent via trackable carriers. Tracking information is e-mailed after shipment is confirmed. Smaller items are often sent via non-trackable carriers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Ground transportation is used so transit times vary from 2 to 10 days.

Yes, however shipment takes place after the check clears. This can extend the process by several days.

What about sales tax?

Yes. All Electric Golf Trolleys come with battery and charger.
If there's a problem with my Electric Golf Trolley (Caddy Cart), how will I get it fixed?
In most instances the problem is resolved with an easily-installed replacement component that is shipped to you. In rare instances, the cart is shipped back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. For warranty repairs, all costs are borne by the manufacturer.
