Shipping and Returns
What is the return policy?
	Returns polices are Manufacturer Brand-Specific. Warranty-related Returns: If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the product (or defective component) will be repaired or replaced. If a return is necessary, return freight is covered by the warranty, EXCEPT in the case of Cart-Tek, Hill Billy, MotoCaddy, PowaKaddy, and Stewart brands, in which case freight is covered one-way. Return freight is not covered for shipments from outside the 48 States. In all cases of return, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipment. Please contact us for RMA and return instructions. Non-Warranty-related Returns: A. For brands other than those listed in B or C (below), items returned for reasons other than warranty and are in like-new condition may be returned for credit within 30 days; however they are subject to restocking charges of up to 15% at the manufacturer’s discretion. Credit excludes shipping and handling charges. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization (RMA) and instructions. B. For Cart-Tek, HillBilly, MotoCaddy, PowaKaddy, and Stewart brands: Unused products (as determined by the manufacturer) may be returned for credit within 14 days; however, they are subject to restocking charges of up to 25% (manufacturer's discretion). Credit excludes shipping and handling charges. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization (RMA) and instructions. C. For MGI brand: Unused product in unopened boxes (as determined by the manufacturer) may be returned for credit within 30 days. Credit excludes shipping and handling charges. Product used in any way may be returned within 30 days; however, it is subject to restocking charges of up to 30% (manufacturer's discretion). Credit excludes shipping and handling charges.
