I received my pushcart and one of the bottom straps is missing to secure the bag to the cart. I sent you a message using your Contact Us on your website and got a response that the email is invalid. Please contact me so I can get the part that was missing.

This cart is super easy to fold/unfold. Folds up small and is a smooth push on the course. So happy with it! Also super happy with the service at Sunrise! I ordered it in black but it sold out as I put my order in - they emailed and called me within the hour to ask if silver would work. Loved the personal service! Thank you Sunrise!
